God says in the Holy Bible that sex before marriage is a sin: it is called fornication. Many people fornicate in the day in which we live: boyfriends and girlfriends sleep together, people on dates have sex, and men and women even move in and live together. This is counted normal nowadays. But not so with God; this is not His normal.
See, away back in the days of creation He made male and female and ordained the institution of marriage:
“And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,
And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?
Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.”
(Matthew 19:4-6 KJV)
He ordained that two people should be committed to each other for life in a binding marital covenant. Then for that couple to start a family by bringing children into a secure, godly home. Anything less than this is below His holy standard. God planned good things for humanity but they have turned their back on Him and have become ungodly, sensual, worldly, and rebellious. This world is a mess because it will not listen to Him.
“Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.”
(Hebrews 13:4)
God is also against the sex trade, prostitution, pornography, adultery, masturbation, homosexuality, paedophilia, rape or anything else outside of His divine plan for holy matrimony between two heterosexual people.
Many of these sins lead to abuse of people, sexually transmitted diseases, and of course, unwanted pregnancies. Many of these pregnancies are terminated through the sin of abortion. Abortion is a great sin and injustice before God. It is murder in God’s eyes and the shedding of innocent blood (Proverbs 6:16-19). Life begins at the moment of conception (Jeremiah 1:5).
Many of these abortions would not have taken place if there had not been sexual sin to begin with. Not all abortions are the result of sexual sin but many are. People selfishly sin against Him (sexually), and then selfishly sin against Him again by committing abortion.
Humanity is on a collision course for hell!
“Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”
(Mathew 7:13-14)
People must repent of their fornication, all their sexual sin, and their abortions before it is too late! God is most displeased with humanity and what it has become. This is a far cry from what God originally intended.
He wants humans to respect sex by using it properly, respect each other, but most of all respect Him and His holy commandments.
According to Jesus Christ, fornication is evil and defiles a man:
“For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.”
(Matthew 15:19-20)
Will fornication send me to hell? Yes, it will:
“Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.”
(1 Corinthians 6:9-11)
“And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched:
Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.”
(Mark 9:43-44)
What is the answer? Turn to God while there is still time. Jesus died on the cross to atone for your sins to turn away God’s fierce anger and wrath, so that you could be forgiven; turn to Christ today. Believe in the One who died for you on the cross and believe that He is the true Saviour of the world:
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
(Romans 10:9)
Repent of your fornication and all your sins, receive forgiveness and ask him to help you live a holy life. If you do you will go to heaven and will not have to go to a lost eternity.
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”
(Ephesians 2:8-9)
